An architectural oasis in the vibrant heart of the city

Situated opposite the small castle of Jette, Motown Miroir is near the Miroir Square with its vibrant and lively markets and fairs, restaurants and shops. Just 400 meters from the square, you enter a different world: serenity, rejuvenation.

Designed by the architects of META, Motown Miroir offers 82 apartments in three buildings. All apartments have direct sunlight, quality finishes and large terraces which look out over an inner garden.

As you enter the site through the secured entrance gates, you emerge on a pathway that winds its way through the three buildings, private gardens and green spaces which are open to all residents.

These outdoor spaces are the soul of the project. An orchard of fruit trees, lavender and neatly trimmed hedges.

Welcome to Motown Miroir.

Eye for detail

The first thing that catches the eye about this project is that each building is a mirror-image of one another, but in a different shade: sea-foam green, brick-red and ivory. It is in this way that the architect matches the hue of each building to the dominant tones of its respective environment. A quest for harmony and quality reemerges in the façade details.

In the chosen materials. The parquet of the living rooms. The entrance halls enriched with terrazzo, a material from Italy, in which sand and gravel are replaced by crushed elements of marble, granite, glass, mirror and metal. The result is a kaleidoscope of colors and light of rare beauty. The elegant kitchens and bathrooms, greatly contributing to one’s well-being. These spaces are designed with passion and executed with precision.
